Notice of Agreement
Payment confirms agreement to this private transaction under international law. Contributions are provided to the living man, acting in private capacity, through the DBA, recorded at York County, South Carolina, and owned by a private foreign unincorporated trust with foreign government entity status. The address for this entity is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA), affirming that neither the contractor nor the trust or its DBAs are residents of any state jurisdiction. (UCC 9-307(h): "The United States is located in the District of Columbia.") All rights reserved under UCC 1-308.

Tax, Jurisdiction, and Liability
This transaction reflects a private offering and is exempt from statutory tax obligations. Contributions are rendered through the DBAs, recorded at York County, South Carolina, and owned by a private foreign unincorporated trust with foreign government entity status. A W-8EXP form is available upon request to confirm foreign government status.

The contractor assumes full responsibility for tax compliance, and no withholding or reporting obligations apply to the other party. This transaction is conducted exclusively within the private domain and outside statutory jurisdiction. The other party is not liable for harm, accidents, or injuries involving the contractor during the course of this transaction.

Federal Jurisdiction
Federal jurisdiction is confined to the District of Columbia under UCC 9-307(h) and Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution. It applies to the states of the union only through voluntary consent or explicit contractual agreements. This transaction remains private and foreign, affirming the separation between statutory (public) and common law (private) jurisdictions.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved privately through binding arbitration or common law remedy, as agreed by both parties. No public jurisdiction applies.
